PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of confirming, in advance, whether or not a function for stopping plug-in charging operates normally, upon occurrence of an abnormality in a charger during plug-in charging.SOLUTION: A charging supervisory controller 220 controls a command value of the charging power of a charger 42, permits external charging by the charger 42 when the charger 42 is normal, and prohibits external charging by the charger 42 when the charger 42 is abnormal. In a first period, the charging supervisory controller 220 prohibits external charging by the charger 42, increases the command value of the charging power at a first speed, determines that the charger 42 is normal when the charger 42 does not output power, and when a determination is made that the charger 42 is normal, decreases the command value of the charging power, in a second period, permits external charging by the charger 42 during external charging, and increases the command value of the charging power at a second speed slower than the first speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
