PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a personalized video real time in a manner to fit to the state of individual audience.SOLUTION: A content distribution system includes: a moving image converter 216 which, when a moving image D1 is included in material data which constituting content data, converts the moving image D1 into a continuous image file D30; an authoring unit 214 which generates authoring data D3 to arbitrarily combine and display the material data or the continuous image file D30 on the basis of the operation of a distribution user; an embedment database 253 storing embedment data which can be displayed in overlay with the continuous image file D30; and a distribution unit 231 which generates and distributes display data D5 on the basis of the authoring data and the embedment data. A client terminal 3 selectively reads the moving image D1 or the continuous image file D30 on the basis of the acquired display data D5, to overlay the read material data or the continuous image file D30 with the embedment data D4 to display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
