PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive coating foam sheet capable of repeating compression recovery and maintaining sufficient conductivity even after repeating compression recovery.SOLUTION: A conductive coating foam sheet 1 includes: a foam sheet 2, having a plurality of independent foams 2A; and a conductive coat 3, coating a surface of the foam sheet 2. The foam sheet coated with the conductive coat has a foam sheet 2 and a conductive coat 3. A thickness of the foam sheet 2 is less than or equal to 1 mm.
