PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for promoting rebuilding of a condominium.SOLUTION: A condominium with a rental villa is sold. The condominium with a rental villa is configured so that, for one room in the condominium, a holding and use right of one rental villa is given. In addition, sales of the rental villas is managed in the system, with an operation of the rental villas such as selling promotion, reception management, and camera security on the Internet system server.
