PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal adapter of a circuit breaker improved so that the bar conductor of a trunk circuit can be relay connected to the terminal of the circuit breaker while ensuring the insulation distance specified by the distribution board standard, without being restricted by the interpole pitch of the main circuit terminal of the circuit breaker, for the circuit breaker (auto breaker, earth leakage circuit breaker) placed in the distribution board and connected with the trunk circuit therein.SOLUTION: A terminal adapter 15 consists of a terminal block 16 having an outer shape of the same width as the body case 1 of a circuit breaker, and connected to the terminals 2, 3 of the body case 1, and bar connection conductors 17 juxtaposed to the terminal block 16 corresponding to each electrode terminal of the circuit breaker. The bar connection conductor 17 of each electrode has an end on the connection side with the circuit breaker projecting outward from the terminal block 16, and provided with a screw hole of a terminal screw at the tip thereof. A step Δh is set between the adjoining bar connection conductors at the end on the connection side with the trunk circuit of the distribution board, and then a terminal screw 18 is threaded at the tip thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
