PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling guard of which attaching work and detaching work can be easily performed when a driving shaft of a prime mover and a rotating shaft of a rotating machine are connected.SOLUTION: A coupling guard 1 comprises: a cylindrical guard body 13 including an upper semi-cylindrical member 15, and a lower semi-cylindrical member 16 connected to the upper semi-cylindrical member 15; and guard leg parts 17 that support the guard body 13. The guard body 13 comprises flange parts 15a, 16a to which the guard leg parts 17 are attached. The guard leg parts 17 each comprise: a perpendicular wall 17e parallel to a central axis CL of the guard body 13; an upper wall 17a that protrudes perpendicularly and outward from the perpendicular wall 17e; a bottom wall 17b; a left wall 17c; and a right wall 17d. The perpendicular wall 17e, upper wall 17a, bottom wall 17b, left wall 17c, and right wall 17d are formed of one plate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
