PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a mark to the center of one side surface of a three-dimensional shape such as a column, a building material, a gravestone and a signboard even by a nonexpert.SOLUTION: A centering tool is composed of a long size-shaped plate body having an index in the center, a pair of left-right folding-back members provided in left-right end parts of this long size-shaped plate body, a pair of left-right operation pieces positioned on the inside of the left-right folding-back members, slidably provided in the long size-shaped plate body and having a pair of left-right abutting parts for contacting so as to sandwich both side surfaces of a centering object and a pair of traction members for respectively connecting one end part to the left operation piece and the other end part to the right operation piece and respectively folded back in the left-right folding-back members in a substantially stretched state, and when manually sliding any one of at least the left-right operation pieces to the long size-shaped plate body, the left-right operation pieces mutually synchronously approach or separate with the index as a reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
