PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrical insulating paper having mechanical characteristics, electric insulation properties and insulating oil impregnability which are equal to those of conventional electrical insulating paper, and having durability and heat resistance superior than before.SOLUTION: Electrical insulating paper comprises a paper backing containing cellulose as a main component, an adsorption layer adsorbed and formed on the surface of the paper backing, and phenolic-based or amine-based compounds chemically bonded to the adsorption layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
