PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition, a laminate and a manufacturing method of the laminate.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition containing an alicyclic epoxy compound (A1) represented by the formula (A1), a polyfunctional alicyclic epoxy compound (A2) other than the alicyclic epoxy compound (A1) and an acid generator (B) and having a mass ratio of the alicyclic epoxy compound (A1) and the polyfunctional alicyclic epoxy compound (A2) of (A1)/(A2)=70/30 to 51/49.
