PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measuring apparatus capable of making an appropriate amount of chemical adhere to test paper and measuring the concentration, and provide an endoscope reprocessor including the concentration measuring apparatus.SOLUTION: A concentration measuring apparatus 1 includes: a chemical tank 11 for storing chemical up to a predetermined water level; a water retention material 21 for retaining chemical so as to be leachable; a transfer unit 31 capable of reciprocating and transferring the water retention material 21 between a first position P1 lower than a predetermined water level in the chemical tank 11 and a second position in the air; a positioning unit 41 for positioning test paper 81 for testing the concentration of the chemical so that the test paper can be disposed at the second position; and a contact unit 51 for bringing the test paper 81 into contact with the water retention material 21 at the second position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
