PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material having a high seal strength between a container and a lid material, for instance, a lid material having an opening strength of 20 N or more which can suppress occurrence of blister and a stringing phenomenon, is free from breakage of the lid material itself, and has good openability.SOLUTION: There is provided a lid material 1 for sealing an opening of a container body which has a paper layer 11 as an outermost layer, an aluminum foil 13 as an intermediate layer, and a sealant layer 15 as an innermost layer. The sealant layer contains a polyethylene-based resin as a main component, the paper layer 11 and aluminum foil 13 are bonded to each other through an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer resin 12, and the aluminum foil 13 and sealant layer 15 are bonded to each other through a linear ultra-low-density polyethylene 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
