PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or restrict reduction in controlling performance due to wearing at a valve seat of a motor-driven type motor-operated valve.SOLUTION: A motor-operated valve device includes a motor-operated valve having a motor for driving to open or close a valve part, a control unit for controlling the motor and a communicating unit for communicating with an external control device. The control unit starts a controlling operation for the motor-operated valve on the basis of a control instruction got from the external control device and drives the motor in reference to a valve opening or closing point at the valve part and controls the same in such a way that an opening degree of the valve part may become an opening degree corresponding to the control instruction value. The control unit updates in memory in a cumulative manner the number of times of valve closing accompanied by an operation of the motor-operated valve, reads out the accumulative number of times of valve closing when a controlling of the motor-operated valve is started and corrects the settings of a valve opening or closing point on the basis of the accumulative number of times of valve closing, as an index for predicting a change in the valve opening or closing point due to wearing at the valve part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
