PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic key system capable of preventing a vehicle from being stolen by means of illegal registration of an electronic key even when a user leaves the vehicle for a long time.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electronic key system which authenticates an electronic key on the basis of transmitted information transmitted from the electronic key to a vehicle and electronic key information registered in the vehicle in advance, the electronic key system comprising: a determination part which determines whether the vehicle is in a predetermined place; and an inhibition part which inhibits electronic key information from being registered in the vehicle once the determination part determines that the vehicle is in the predetermined place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
