PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which can efficiently clean an object to be cleaned in a small space, and of which a size can be reduced.SOLUTION: A cleaning fluid 4 containing fine air bubbles is jetted and collided with a wire 1 as an object to be cleaned, which is spirally wound between two opposite guide rollers 3 and moves in accordance with rotation of the guide rollers 3, from a cleaning fluid jetting part 2a of a fine air bubble generation device 2 from a direction orthogonal to a moving direction of the wire 1 to separate a contaminant adhered on the wire 1. As the wire 1 is wound between the two guide rollers 3 and contacts with the cleaning fluid 4 at a plurality of times, the wire 1 as the object to be cleaned can be cleaned efficiently in a small space, and a size of the cleaning device can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
