PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle electrostimulator which can be worn by a user for a long period.SOLUTION: A muscle electrostimulator 1 comprises two or more electrodes 311-313, 321-323, and electric stimulation can be applied to a muscle through these electrodes 311-313, 321-323. The muscle electrostimulator 1 comprises: a body part 10 for supplying power to the electrodes 311-313, 321-323; and an extension part 120 extending outward from the body part 10, and being formed into a sheet-state. One surface of the extension part 120 comprises the electrodes 311-313, 321-323 arranged thereon. The body part 10 comprises a skin facing part which is directed to a human body side during use of the muscle electrostimulator 1. The skin facing part comprises on its outer surface, plural grooves 113 whose at least one ends are arranged on an outer peripheral end edge of the skin facing part or the vicinity of the outer peripheral end edge.
