PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction apparatus that can be made compact by simplifying an apparatus configuration, and is excellent in workability such as in the attachment/detachment of a container in which an extraction raw material is accommodated.SOLUTION: A beverage extraction apparatus includes: a water storage tank 2; heating means for heating water sent from the water storage tank to produce hot water; and a beverage extraction unit 11 having a raw material container 40a for accommodating an extraction raw material, a container holding unit 50 for holding the raw material container, and a lid body 30 that covers the upper side of the raw material container openably/closably and is provided with a discharge port 35 for discharging hot water, which extracts beverage from the extraction raw material using the hot water generated by the heating means.
