PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking utensil that can safely and easily cook an avocado for example.SOLUTION: The cooking utensil 1 contains a knife 11 having the curved edge. The knife 11 is a blade part exposed from a grip part 12. The knife 11 possesses a blade having a nearly S shaped curved edge 111 of a double-ground blade structure which is edged from both sides and called a chef's knife here.
