摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a chemical filter for removing a silanol compound, with which a chemical filter excellent in performance of removing the silanol compound can be stably produced.SOLUTION: A production method of a chemical filter for removing a silanol compound comprises: a step of preparing an adsorbent composition comprising an adsorbent, water, and an adhesive; and a step of pelletizing the adsorbent by using the adsorbent composition or a step of making the adsorbent adhere to a filter substrate by using the adsorbent composition. The adsorbent contains zeolite whose water mixture (content: 5 wt%) obtained by mixing the same with pure water has a pH of 7 or less. A total amount of the cations of sodium ions, magnesium ions, potassium ions, calcium ions, and ammonium ions of components other than the zeolite, which are used when preparing the adsorbent composition, is 15 μmol or less per 1 g of the zeolite.SELECTED DRAWING: None
