PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate with more solidity than before while employing an ink jet method for a platemaking device of a lithographic printing plate.SOLUTION: A platemaking device 11 of a lithographic printing plate which forms a printing area on an original plate material by discharging ink for image formation to the original plate material by an ink jet device and hardening the ink for image formation, comprises: an image formation ink jet device 14 which discharges the ink for image formation from a head part 14d moving along the surface of the original plate material HZ; and an undercoat layer formation device 13 which forms an undercoat layer of the ink for image formation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
