PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging sheet coating agent capable of producing a food packaging sheet having oil resistance, water resistance and water resistant strength, and a food packaging sheet.SOLUTION: A food packaging sheet coating agent includes core shell-type emulsion, a metal crosslinking agent, and alcohol. The metal of the crosslinking agent is selected preferably from the group consisting of zinc, calcium, and magnesium. 10-25 pts.wt. of the alcohol is preferably included, based on 100 pts.wt. of the nonvolatile content of the core shell-type emulsion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
