PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a date stamp with lock, incorporated with a lock mechanism so as not to freely change a date.SOLUTION: A date stamp with lock includes a body case 1 for storing a printing unit 2, and a cylindrical holder 3 for storing the body case 1 and relatively rotatable to the body case 1, and has a structure allowing changing between two postures which includes a sealed state, in which a case side engagement part 7 provided in the body case 1 and a holder side engaging part 8 provided in the cylindrical holder 3 are engaged so as to make the relative rotation of the cylindrical holder 3 impossible, and a date changing state, in which the engagement state is released so as to change the date of the printing unit 2. A cap-like attachment 12 provided with a claw piece 12a is made attachable/detachable to/from the cylindrical holder 3, and when attaching the attachment 12 to the cylindrical holder 3, the cylindrical holder 3 is relatively rotated to the body case 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
