A radioactively labeled compound production device (100) is a production device for producing a radioactively labeled compound by introducing a radioactive isotope into a non-radioactively labeled precursor compound. The production device (100) is provided with: a solid phase extraction section (10) in which a specific treatment, i.e., the reaction of an intermediate compound, the purification of the intermediate compound or the purification of the radioactively labeled compound, is carried out; and a cooling section (20) for cooling the solid phase extraction section (10) during the specific treatment.
