<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize maintenance operation to be performed for target equipment whose repair or the like is required in a plant. <P>SOLUTION: The prevention and maintenance system for the plant is provided with: a three-dimensional (3D) database 1 in which 3D shape data of the equipment constituting the plant and the 3D shape data of working equipment to be used for maintenance work are stored; a 3D-CAD device 12 for reading the 3D shape data from the 3D database 1 and preparing a 3D image; a display device 13 for displaying the 3D image prepared by the 3D-CAD device 12; and an input means 14 for selecting equipment and working machinery and materials which are to be displayed on the display device 13 and inputting the selected data to the 3D-CAD device 12. The plant equipment for maintenance target and the working equipment to be used for maintenance work, for instance, scaffolding, tools and heavy machinery, are displayed as 3D images, and an examination of maintenance work method and confirmation of site states at the time of maintenance work, such as scaffolding space, using space of the tools and the using space of the heavy machinery, can be easily carried out on a screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
