<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device in which color shift of white light is prevented even if emission wavelength of light radiated from an LED element is shifted. <P>SOLUTION: Since deviation in chromaticity of pumping light is offset even if emission wavelength of a GaN based semiconductor light emitting element 106 is shifted from the central wavelength by mixing a YAG based phosphor 110A and a silicate based phosphor 110B having different chromaticity variation characteristics with epoxy resin sealant 111, mixing performance of blue light and yellow light can be stabilized while suppressing generation of color shift of white light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
