M1 is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of V, Nb, and Ta, and M2 is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of group 14 elements and group 13 elements other than Al. α is such that 0 < α ≤ 0.42, β is such that 0 ≤ β < 0.75, and δ is such that 0 ≤ δ < 0.5. The average valence electron number VEC is such that 5.91 ≤ VEC < 6.16.
