<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic material compact container, dispensing with a hook mechanism for holding a lid in a closed state to simplify the structure and improving convenience in use. <P>SOLUTION: A recessed part 1c is provided in a rear wall surface 1e of a container body 1 having a cosmetic material storing part 1a, and a downward substantially U-shaped plate spring 4, the rear lower end of which is bent like a step to be projected backward and which takes the tip of the step-like bent part as an abutting part 4b, is stored in the recessed part 1c. On the other hand, in the lid pivoted on the container body 1, a projecting part 2b substantially triangular in a side view is provided on the lower side of the rotating fulcrum, the projecting part 2b is abutted on the abutting part 4b, the lid closing energizing force is applied to the lid 2, and after the lid is opened to some extent, the projecting part 2b is in non-contact with the plate spring 4 not to obstruct the rotating operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
