<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage containing solids of a size enough to sense palate feeling, and to provide a method for producing the beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the solid-containing beverage encapsulated in a closed container for drinking use comprises the step of immersing solids in an aqueous solution made viscous by dissolving a thickening agent to afford the solids with fluidity owing to slippage, the step of dispensing the resultant liquid to a measuring cup with a fixed amount of the solids loadable therein and loading the solids from the measuring cup in the opening of a beverage container, the step of filling the container with a formulated liquid containing ingredients constituting the beverage, and the step of capping the opening of the container to seal up the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
