The invention relates to equipment for extending the loading area of vehicles, for enlarging the loading area of vehicles (1) that have a rear closure with doors (2) that swing out to the sides, the extension equipment comprising a base platform formed by a central plate (3) and complementary side plates (4), the assembly of which is arranged between the rear closing doors (2) of the vehicle (1), supported on the rear edge of the floor of the loading area and being held as an overhang by straps (6); and a rear closing assembly, couplable to said base platform, made up of a central plate (10) which is held to the base platform by means of hinges (12), and complementary side plates (11) which are vertically held to said base platform by means of fitting. |
