<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lighting equipment for making a volume of a space surrounded by a main body and a reflecting plate as large as possible, and to well carry out the positioning of the reflecting plate on the main body. <P>SOLUTION: The fixture is provided with a main body 1, a lighting circuit board 2 provided below the main body 1, a reflecting plate 3 provided below the lighting circuit board 2 and fixed to the main body 1, and a circular fluorescent lamp 5 supported by lamp for supporting tools (lamp supporting screws) 4 fixed to the main body 1. Mounting base parts of the lamp supporting tools 4 are located at notched parts 6 formed at an outer periphery edge of the reflecting plate 3.
