PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording head which is inexpensive and has excellent printing characteristics. SOLUTION: A bubble jet type ink jet recording head 12 is manufactured by bonding a nozzle plate 10 consisting of metal plate obtained by a rolling method and is constituted so that an angleθformed by the direction of lines formed on the metal plate and the juxtaposing direction of ink ejection ports is made within an angle of 80 deg.-100 deg. to a channel member 1.
