PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for lumbar vertebra rectification which is safely and easily used at home, inexpensive, and highly effective in rectificating the lumbar vertebra for prophylactic treatment of disk herination. SOLUTION: This equipment has a rectification site 2 where a patient K lies thereon in his spine position, a back rest 3 that supports the back of the patient K, wherein the rectification site 2 consists of a linearly extended rigid surface that inclines from its lower end up to the head of the patient K by an angleαtoward a horizontal plane and the back rest 3 inclines upward by an angleβlarger than the angleαtoward the horizontal plane above the rectification site 2. The angleαis set to be within 5 or 25 degrees and the angleβwithin 40 or 85 degrees.
