PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for feeding back and processing channel state information, and a user facility and a base station.SOLUTION: When used for user facilities that previously stores a CQI table for mapping SINRs to CQIs corresponding to SINR quantization sections, a channel state information feedback method includes the steps of: measuring a reference signal and acquiring a source SINR; adjusting the source SINR by using an SINR offset amount to obtain a target SINR; quantizing the target SINR on the basis of the CQI table to obtain a first CQI; and feeding back the first CQI to a base station so that the base station restructures the target SINR on the basis of the first CQI, and restructures the source SINR on the basis of the target SINR obtained by the restructuring and the SINR offset amount. |
