- an available capacity measuring unit (103) measuring an available capacity (11) of said deadline-aware system (1);
- a comparing unit (104) calculating a difference (12) between said available capacity (11) and said minimum capacity (10) and further comparing said difference (12) with a first threshold (13); and
- an early congestion signal generator (105) triggering an early congestion notification (4) when said difference (12) is below said first threshold (13). |
