<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room air conditioner wherein a heat exchanger installed in limited unit dimensions is provided with an increased front mounting area. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises the heat exchanger, a fan provided downstream of the heat exchanger, and a diffusing casing for guiding air passing through the heat exchanger to the fan, all of which are built in. An electric component box is provided in a space upstream of the heat exchanger and upstream of the fan.</p> |
