PROVIDER CONNECTION DEVICE AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a provider connection device, a mobile communication system and a mobile TCP/IP data communication method that can release a communication channel, when no TCP/IP data communication is being executed. SOLUTION: A PRV-IWF(provider connection inter-working function) unit 109 is provided with a (FIN+ACK-DET) circuit 205, that identifies a message in a TCP/IP packet sent from an AS(access server) 110 and detects the end of data transfer, an (ACK-DET) circuit 206 that identifies the message in the TCP/IP packet sent from a DTE(data terminal equipment) 101 and detects that the DTE 101 recognizes the end of data transfer, and a line signal circuit 207 that gives an instruction to a MSC(mobile systems switching center) 106 via a signal repeater to release the TCP/IP data communication speech channel in a mobile communication network, when ANDing detection result by both the circuits 205, 206 is true.
