<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitter that effectively utilizes a transmission band so as to efficiently transmit data. SOLUTION: A 1st TS packet buffer 13 and a 2nd TS packet buffer 14 store TS packets consisting of multiplexed elementary streams(ES) by each ES. Furthermore, a 3rd TS packet buffer 15 and a 4th TS packet buffer 16 store null packets and priority packets to be sent with priority respectively. Then an output decision section 17 allows each TS packet buffer to output packets according to a table reference system on the basis of an interleave table stored in a memory section 20 and to output the priority packets according to an event request system when a priority output is requested.</p> |
