PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate address book data and to distribute address book data, so that multiple members can use it, while data are always and automatically updated to the latest content. SOLUTION: In a server device 12, distributing the electronic mail to a terminal which is member-registered, an address book is generated by the content of the distributed electronic mail and generated address book data are distributed to the terminal which is member-registered.
