<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate effects of an output of a photo diode cell which is not used for measuring given to a measuring circuit even when a switch array is disposed close to a photo diode array. SOLUTION: An X-ray detecting element array is composed of a scintillator, and an X-ray detection element array provided with a switch circuit comprising an optical detection element array 6, and a switch element array for switching among plural outputs in a light receiving zone to be introduced to an external circuit. The switch circuit introduces an output of a slice element row of a selected optical detection element array to the external circuit, and connects an output of a slice element row which is not used for measuring to a common grounding potential of the optical detection element array 6. Plurality of the X-ray detection element arrays in this constitution are arranged in a polygonal form at a roughly equal angular pitch roughly along an arc around a focal point of an X-ray tube in a channel direction and a slice direction to compose a multi-slice X-ray detector, thereby plural slice tomographic image of a subject are obtained at once based on intensity of X-ray detected by this X-ray detector.</p> |
