A detachable scanning and supporting module of a 3D printer includes a machine body (10, 10a, 10b), a printing platform (20, 20a, 20b), a scanning and driving module (40, 40a, 40b), and a scanning and supporting module (50, 50a, 50b). The machine body (10, 10a, 10b) has a bottom plate (11, 11a, 116). The printing platform (20, 20a, 20b) and the scanning and driving module (40, 40a, 40b) are disposed on the bottom plate (11, 11a, 11b). The printing platform (20, 20a, 20b) includes a slide track (21, 21 a, 21b) and a movable printing substrate (22). The scanning and driving module (40, 40a, 40b) and the slide track (21, 21a, 21b) are staggeredly disposed such that the scanning and driving module (40, 40a, 40b) and the slide track (21, 21a, 21b) do not interfere with the movement of the printing substrate (22).
