PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which has high ultraviolet protection effect, and excellent makeup application when a foundation is applied overlappedly after the cosmetic is applied on skin.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic comprises: (A) 20 to 80 mass% of hydrogel particles containing a gel formation agent selected from agar, carrageenan and gelatin, an oily component, and titanium oxide; (B) 0.01 to 5 mass% of crosslinked dimethyl polysiloxane; (C) 0.01 to 5 mass% of polyethylene glycol having number average molecular weight of 400 to 10000; (D) 5 to 20 mass% of oil which is liquid at 25°C; (E) 0.01 to 5 mass% of a water soluble thickener; and (F) water. |
