The rear face-side pressure-bonding unit (46) further comprises a rear face-side pressure-bonding jig (48) and a release sheet positioning mechanism (49). The light receiving face-side pressure-bonding unit (47) further comprises a light receiving face-side pressure-bonding jig (54), a composite sheet positioning mechanism (55), and a clinging prevention mechanism (56). A control unit performs controls so that these units carry out a pressure-bonding process in which these units move vertically along the z-axis direction, press wiring material (27, 28) against connection electrodes of a solar cell (21) via an adhesive (30), etc., and apply pressure and heat thereon. |
