PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersion type polyurethane resin composition which, in a sheet-like material, particularly in an environment-friendly leather-like sheet-like material using no organic solvent in a production process thereof, causes less clogging due to sand paper in a raising step providing good productivity and also offers a good balance between a flexible feeling and satisfactory wrinkle recoverability causing no wrinkles; a sheet-like material using the same; and a method for producing the sheet-like material.SOLUTION: Provided is a water dispersion type polyurethane resin composition comprising a water dispersion type polyurethane resin and a micro balloon, wherein a 100% modulus of a dry film formed from the water dispersion type polyurethane resin is 2 to 8 MPa, and a glass transition temperature of the dry film formed from the water dispersion type polyurethane resin is -25 to 0°C. Also provided is a sheet-like material comprising polyurethane inside a fibrous base material including extra-fine fibers with an average single fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7 μm, wherein the sheet-like material is the water dispersion type polyurethane resin composition. Also provided is a method for producing a sheet-like material characterized in that a fibrous base material including fibers with an average single fiber diameter of 10 to 40 μm is impregnated with the water dispersion type polyurethane resin composition and, next, after a hydrothermal treatment, dry-heat treated to coagulate polyurethane. |
