PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a progressive refractive power lens capable of obtaining an excellent viewing even for movement of a visual line.SOLUTION: In order to suppress variation in plane astigmatic difference due to visual line movement in a horizontal direction, a lens is designed so that when a position in a vertical direction from a geometric center of a center for a near portion in a lens wearing state is denoted by yn, and addition power designated by a prescription is denoted by ADD, |x|≤15 is satisfied, and in a line segment area where y=0, y=yn×0.25, y=yn×0.5, y=yn×0.75 or y=yn are satisfied, |CXa|≤ADD×0.1 are satisfied. |
