The arrangement has heating surface packets (310a, 312a) comprising multiple heating surface tubes (314a-314j), which run parallel to each other and are in form of a tube coil. A heating surface package (320a) is designed in an expanded manner. The certain heating surface tubes (314a, 314b) lie in an inner side in a deflection area (318) and are arranged together in a displaced manner. Other heating surface tubes (314c-314j) lie at an outer side in the deflection area and encompass the certain inner lying heating surface tubes or other set of inner lying heating surface tubes.
