In the present invention, there is disclosed a process for producing high-pressure seamless steel cylinder (1), where the cylinder is produced in the first step by indirect extrusion method, wherein first bottom is produced by means of a profiled punching head, wherein the punching head outside diameter and inside diameter of the matrix are greater than the final dimensions. Subsequently, broaching is carried out by a monolithic broaching tool provided with a shaping face, which has the same form of the bottom surface as the profiled punching head, wherein a cavity (6), for making an internal material reinforcement (11) of the steel cylinder (1) bottom (12), is performed on the front external surface (10) of the profiled punching head (8) and indirect broaching is carried out by means of so modified profiled punching head (8), whereupon in the next step broaching process with the monolithic broaching tool (7) takes place, wherein said broaching tool (7) is provided on its face with a shaping face (18) with the cavity (6), wherein the remainder of the steel cylinder (1) is produced by so far known method and finally said internal material reinforcement (11) of the steel cylinder (1) bottom (12) is drilled in order to create a through bottom neck (5). |
