<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pipe coupling method capable of laying a plurality of pipes parallel in tight attachment or stacking them one over another even if a joint coupling part exists. SOLUTION: The fitting for corrugate pipes is composed of a body part 10 made of plastics and a water-tight packing 20 made of a resilient material furnished with a flange edge 22 protruding toward the periphery from each end of a semicircular arced part 21, wherein the body part of the fitting is provided with a groove 13 to admit fitting of the packing in the area between the two side edges 14 across the width while the two ends 12 about the circumferential direction are provided with bolt holes 15 for fastening, and the central part across the width having semicircular arced part of the packing is made a projection protrusive to the inside while the two edges are made recesses 24 to be recessed to the periphery, and in the condition mounted on the joint body part, the recesses are dented to the peripheries from the edges on both sides of the joint body part, and the surface (f) at each end in the circumferential direction is protrusive for an appropriate thickness outward from the surface F of each end of the joint body part.</p> |
