<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly apply a specified amount of oil to the front end part of shaft on which a cap is placed. SOLUTION: This capping jig is for patting a cap C with an electric wire A to put the cap C on a terminal of the electric wire by fixing the rear end of the axial member 1 extended in the back and forth direction in a supporting pole 3 of a base 2, sliding the cap C being penetrated from the front end of the axial member 1 backward, inserting the end part of the electric wire A in the front side of the cap into a groove 4 of the axial member 1, and pulling the electric wire A out of the axial member 1 after sliding the cap C forward. In such a jig, a through hole is formed in the supporting pole, a lever rod 8 is so inserted into the through hole as to swing up and down in the front and rear ends on a lower part of the opening rim of the through hole as a fulcrum, and an oil case 10 for storing a soft oil-absorbing material 9 impregnated with an oil is attached to the front end part of the lever rod 8. When the rear end part of the lever rod 8 is pushed down, the front end part of the lever rod 8 is moved upward to bring the oil-absorbing material 9 into contact with the front end part of the axial member 1 and when the rear end part of the lever rod 8 is released, the front end part of the lever rod 8 moves downward owing to the self weight.</p> |
