SOLUTION: A formalin catcher agent 5 making urea or the like having the adsorptivity of formaldehyde a main component is provided in a cushion material 4 comprising a non-woven fabric, a urethane foamed body and a polyethylene foamed body stuck on the rear face of a wooden floor material 1. The cushion material 4 is adhered on the floor material 1 by applying and drying the catcher agent 5 on the adhesion face side of the floor material 1 during manufacturing. Or after the cushion material 4 is immersed in the solution of the catcher agent 5 to be dried, it is adhered to the floor material 1. Or after the cushion material 4 is adhered on the floor material 1, the catcher agent 5 is applied and dried on the rear face of the cushion material 4. Thereby the sound insulation floor material of the low dispersion amount of formaldehyde can be simply and inexpensively manufactured.
