A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of rheumatoid disorders comprising sulphur, mustard seeds and a copper salt

Pharmaceutical composition (I) for treating rheumatic syndromes, especially rheumatism, arthritis, ischialgia and gout comprises sulfur, mustard seeds and copper salt as the active ingredients. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) composition (II) for topical application comprising (I); (2) preparation of compositions as above comprising: (i) mixing talcum and sulfur in powder form; and (ii) adding a small amount of catalyst powder comprising a powder mixture of talcum, mustard seeds and a copper salt such as copper sulfate; (3) use of the above method to prepare a foot powder for the treatment of rheumatic syndromes, especially rheumatism, arthritis, ischialgia and gout.
