PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive planographic printing plate with improved ink receptivity, coating troubles such as ink repelling and unevenness in coating due to a fluorine-containing copolymer contained in a photosensitive layer and forms an image area free from voids after printing. SOLUTION: A copolymer having 1-80 wt.% fluorine substituted (meth)acrylate as a constituent unit is dissolved in a solvent and the resultant solution is brought into contact with an inorganic adsorbent containing 80% silicon oxides or higher, aluminum oxides or a mixture of these or a synthetic adsorbent comprising a (modified) styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer or a (meth)acrylic ester copolymer, or the solution is filtered with a filter having 1 μm pore or smaller diameter to obtain a purified fluorine-containing copolymer. A substrate is coated with a solution containing the obtained copolymer, a photosensitive compound, a binder and an organic solvent and the solution is dried to manufacture the objective photosensitive planographic printing plate. |
